- extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt or Himalayan pink salt
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Peel the plantains and thinly slice.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place slices in a single layer on the sheet.

- Bake 18-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Let cool.
