These plantain chips are crunchy, slightly browned, with a thin coat of olive oil and salt, and go great with guacamole!

Ingredients
  • plantains
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt or Himalayan pink salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Peel the plantains and thinly slice.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place slices in a single layer on the sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and salt.
  5. Bake 18-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Let cool.
