Great for lunch, dinner, parties, or to make in a big batch to take to work with you. This creamy, savory bowl of cheesy heaven is incredibly filling and easy to reheat!

Ingredients
1 box of gluten-free macaroni (I used a quinoa based one)
favorite sauteed veggies
Beyond Meat Beefy Crumble
For the sauce:
1 cup of raw cashews, soaked overnight then drain and rinse
nutritional yeast
salt and pepper
garlic powder
ground turmeric
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to directions on box.
Drain and rinse the cashews. Blend together with the rest of the sauce ingredients until smooth.
In a pan, saute your favorite veggies (I used mushrooms, broccoli, and kale) in a little bit of olive oil along with Beyond Meat Beefy Crumble. Season if desired.
Put macaroni back into pot, add the sauce and mix together until evenly distributed. Add in the veggies & beefy crumble and stir.
