Healing Tropical Turmeric Smoothie

Serves: 1 serving
- 1 cup coconut water or coconut milk
- 1 handful of sliced peaches (frozen or fresh)
- 1 banana
- 3 carrots
- 1 small knob of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 tsp of ground turmeric
- Pour coconut water into the blender.
- Chop banana and carrots into smaller pieces and add to blender, along with the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Enjoy!
