A coconut based smoothie with healing turmeric and ginger, banana and peaches for natural sweetness, and carrots for fiber and a pop of color.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut water or coconut milk
  • 1 handful of sliced peaches (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 banana
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 small knob of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 tsp of ground turmeric
Instructions
  1. Pour coconut water into the blender.
  2. Chop banana and carrots into smaller pieces and add to blender, along with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend until completely smooth.
  4. Enjoy!
