This delicious drink is full of nutrients that will give you glowing skin. You can build on the recipe and add whatever else you would like to it. Then fill up the kiddie pool, put on your sunglasses, and imagine you're on a tropical island faraway!

Ingredients
  • papaya
  • cantaloupe
  • watermelon
  • filtered water
Instructions
  1. Cut up fruit into smaller pieces and place in blender. I didn't measure anything out, I just eyeballed it. I added more papaya and watermelon than cantaloupe because I like those fruits better.
  2. Add water to get desired consistency (less for smoothie and more for juice) and blend until everything is mixed. I added about ¼ cup of water at a time until I was happy.
  3. Variations: Pineapple or mango would also be good, or even some mint or cucumber to mix things up. You could substitute plain 'ol water for coconut water. Berries, bananas, lemon or lime juice - the possibilities are endless.
