Growing up I had a big head of straight, brown hair. When I hit puberty, my hair became wavy and fine. It was never an issue because I had LOTS of hair, but it slowly began thinning. Recently, in the past several months, I have been shedding more than usual, to the point where it really concerned me. I was convinced it was a hormonal imbalance, but so far all of my blood tests have come back normal. There are other tests I can take to try to pin down the problem, and in the meantime, I want to treat the hair loss naturally. I found a great recipe that I have been making at home and share it in the video below!
Here is a link to the original recipe: https://draxe.com/beauty/hair-thickener/
It’s great for general hair health as well, not just hair loss.
I originally found this recipe after watching a video on hair loss by SemideCoco: https://youtu.be/Rg8qlpIkeds
Her series of videos on androgenetic alopecia are very interesting and knowledgeable!
I am planning on posting an update in a few months to let you know how this all natural hair loss recipe is working for me! If you try this recipe, let me know what you think!
